Please, enjoy this dinner plan focusing on sushi with the best quality ingredients delivered directly from Hashitate Port.

Ⅾuring the peak of winter the fishes gets fatter and rich in flavor. Fresh fishes such as the Japanese Amberjak among others, are delivered to Hashitate Port in Kaga city. 

Please enjoy not only the male and female snow crab, but also fresh fish which our chefs proudly serve on our sushi included in this dinner plan. This menu includes a total of 10 pieces of sushi.

Kindly note that the fish used in the sushi changes according to the fishes caught each day.
Shellfish and crustaceans are included. Kindly note that it is not possible to change the menu.
