A new spring menu has started on March 21. You will enjoy one of Beniya Mukayu’s specialties, Crossed-Duck Tsumire Nabe.

We have carefully selected ducks grown in Kaga region. The duck meat ball, which is made by mixing gizzards and liver with loin, has a rich, exquisite flavor, served with a dedicated soup stock made from duck meats and various vegetables. This is one of our signature dishes which concludes with a porridge after hot pot.
It is served as part of the kaiseki menu.
