We would like to inform you that our cancellation policy will be revised for all spa treatments starting from July 2025.

In case of cancellation, please be advised that the following fees will apply:

For treatments up to June 2025:
・Cancellations made after 10:00 P.M. a day prior will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.
・No show will incur a 100% charge of the treatment price.

For treatments from July 2025 onwards:
・Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.
・Cancellations made within 12 hours or for no-shows, a 100% charge of the treatment price will be applied.

Additionally, starting in July 2025, prices for the “Muscle Therapy Body Treatment” will be revised as follows:

Prices up to June 2025:
・70 minute course: ¥27,500
・90 minute course: ¥29,700
・120 minute course: ¥31,900

Prices from July 2025 onwards:
・70 minute course: ¥28,600
・90 minute course: ¥30,800
・120 minute course: ¥35,200

*All prices include tax. Please be assured that reservations made by June 2025 will be honored at the previous pricing.
