We would like to inform you that Beniya Mukayu will be undergoing renewal and will be closed from June 28th to July 27th.

During this time, we will also be carrying out a major renovation of the large communal bath.
We regret to inform you that the men’s and women’s public baths and saunas will not be available all day during the renewal construction period until October 31st.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

However, we would like to offer you a complimentary admission ticket to the nearby public bath, “Soyu” and the home of the calligrapher, potter, and painter Kitaoji Rosanjin “Iroha souan Hut” should you wish to use it instead.

Please note that despite the temporary closure of our communal onsen bath in Beniya Mukayu, every room still comes equipped with an open-air private onsen overlooking the beautiful forest garden, allowing you to enjoy the hot springs.
