A stay in Japan would not be complete without tasting the uniquely Japanese drink, sake. Brewed by over 1,600 small scale sake breweries in Japan alone, it has been and continues to be an integral part of Japanese culture. The array offered can make choosing extremely difficult.

Our newly introduced Sake Pairing Menu offers guests the opportunity to try a curated collection of three sakes, handpicked by our in-house Sommelier, during the Kaiseki dinner at Beniya Mukayu.
