To our Valued Guests: Notice on Re-opening from 1st of June

We have been temporarily closed from the beginning of April to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, however, now that the declaration of state of emergency has been officially withdrawn with most of the protective enforcement lifted both locally and nationally, we will resume our operations from the 1st of June.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to the guests during the closure period. Please let us express here our deepest gratitude for your continuous support and encouragement received under difficult circumstances.

We are very much looking forward to re-opening our property from June, committing that ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees is as always our highest priority. We will thus implement some measures including to limit the number of available rooms used per day, to maintain and promote hygiene practices, and to avoid the ‘3 Cs’ in accordance with Ministry of Health in Japan. We humbly ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.

We are hereby delighted to inform you of re-starting our Ryokan, filled with gratitude for welcoming you again.

Sincerely,
